These are techniques adaptable for all, unlike most other self-defense books apparently written only for youthful long-limbed atheletes. This book concludes with a chapter on caring for yourself (and for others) after an assault; this is critical since one's experience of post-traumatic stress most often hinges on treatment by others after the assault.
