Registration for Self-Defense 101
Thank you for registering for this Self-Defense 101 class. Class time is 9:30 - 11:30 am for the June 23 - July 14 session, and noon - 2:00 pm for the July 18 - Aug 8 session. Location is 1426 S Jackson Street in Seattle WA, 3rd floor (studio of the Feminist Karate Union).
Wear comfortable workout clothing. The studio has a no-shoe matted floor. If you do need to wear shoes, it has to be indoor-only non-scuffing footwear. You may bring a water bottle or other beverage.
The "Click Here to Pay" button at the bottom of this page will take you to PayPal for payment. Before you get there, though, please take a moment to fill out this form. This class includes a free T shirt, so please indicate your size and style preference (pictures below, ladies is the V neck). Be sure to click the Submit button!
Now please download and fill out this Class Particpation Agreement (click here for the form), and bring it with you to class. Doing this in advance will greatly help your class begin on time.
If the class participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian needs to sign.
Now onto payment via credit card. If you'd rather pay by check (payable to Strategic Living), please mail it (in the amount of $125 per student, payable to Strategic Living) together with the Class Participation Agreement to Strategic Living, PO Box 23157, Seattle WA 98102 at least 5 business days before this class begins.
